Our Returns Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Like our carefully selected wardrobe essentials, we handle returns with the same attention to detail.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Women’s Nightwear and Women’s Sandals (unless faulty). These items must be returned in their original sealed packaging.

Simple Returns Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our Sunderland address using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Process

Want to exchange that dress for a different size or swap your flat shoes for mid-heel sandals? Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating your desired exchange item in your email.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, just as our global deliveries require extra transit time.
