Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Women’s Nightwear and Women’s Sandals (unless faulty)

3. Package Your Items

Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. For nightwear and sandals, the original sealed packaging is required.

Exchanges

Want to exchange that dress for a different size or swap your flat shoes for mid-heel sandals? Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating your desired exchange item in your email.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, similar to our global delivery timelines.
